Do I earn commission when a business signs up for a Free Listing?
No. Free Listings do not generate ambassador commission. If a business you referred starts with a Free Listing and later upgrades to an eligible paid LocalLife membership, your recurring commission begins on the paid membership.
How long do I receive recurring commission?
You receive the applicable 25% recurring commission for as long as the referred business remains an active, eligible paid LocalLife member and the membership remains connected to your ambassador referral.
Which LocalLife memberships qualify for ambassador commission?
Eligible paid memberships include Local Member at $59 per month, Founder at $89 per month while Founder spots remain available, and Featured Partner at $179 per month.
Are Founder memberships always available?

After joining the Brand Ambassador Program, you receive a unique referral URL. Use that link when introducing businesses to LocalLife so eligible referrals can be connected to your ambassador account.
How are Brand Ambassador commissions paid?
Eligible commissions are paid by ACH seven days after the end of the month. A completed W-9 and valid ACH payment information must be on file before a commission payment can be processed.
Do I have to sell LocalLife memberships myself?
Your main job is to make the introduction and share your unique referral link. You can explain why you think LocalLife may be a good fit, follow up with the business, and connect them with the LocalLife team when they have questions.
